The Story

EL.SA turned 45 on July 1st. Does anyone still remember that day when Vittorio Saglietti entered the house with a smile full of pride and full of expectation: "It's born!" He simply said in the family.
He had set up his own individual company which would deal with the assembly and wiring of small electrical distribution panels.

Fortunately, these are years in which there is a lot of work and in order to be increasingly certified and competent, Saglietti, in 1987, qualified the construction of medium voltage (MV) and low voltage (LV) distribution panels by carrying out the TYPE tests for 20kA and 50kA at the GALILEO FERRARIS institute in Turin. Subsequently, a new certification arrives at CESI in MILAN for the 100kA standard low voltage (LV) panel designed and built entirely by El.SA.

In 1990, an increasingly expanding and market-leading EL.SA moved its headquarters for the third time, finding its high-performance location in the industrial area of Savigliano, in a new 1600 m2 workshop. located in via S.N.O.S n° 9, where it is currently located.

EL.SA acquires new machinery for the construction of carpentry and begins to satisfy new, more "tailored" requests that add skills to the experiential baggage of the internal technicians. New successes followed with the UNI EN ISO 9002-1994, UNI EN ISO 9001-2000 certification and subsequent issues.

2007 was a turning point and a year of further growth: Lorenzo Saglietti, Vittorio's son, joined the company which, with IT skills, technological innovations and new entrepreneurial visions, made El.Sa one of the top companies in the sector.

An important step for the company was the decision to install a 15.75kW photovoltaic system on its site in 2009, because it firmly believes that to safeguard the environment we must switch to energy from renewable sources.

Since 2018 El.Sa has specialized in the management and control of industrial processes through the PLC, Programmable Logic Controller, and to offer more performing and interfaceable with company supervision and management systems.
